An energising workshop, ideal for bringing the team together during the summer to celebrate successes and outline your vision for the future.
Includes a half-day workshop hosted at an inspiring, Central London venue (or any suitable venue of your choice in the UK, with unlimited tea and coffee, delicious snacks, workshop materials and stationery), two project management meetings or calls to plan and review, and a report write-up of the day.
The workshop provides an opportunity for the team to highlight recent achievements, for you to outline strategy/goals, and for the whole group to take part in a tactical ideation session, generating ideas guided by my questions and prompts.
Based on practical experience of what works well in these sessions, I lead fun group exercises that strengthen group dynamics and relationships within the team.
I can also research and deliver a talk on a particular topic (inspirational campaigns, trends in the sector, making the most of social media) to provide a focus for the day.

A flexible, full-day workshop to bring the team together behind your social media strategy/goals, generate content ideas and learn new digital skills.
Includes a full-day workshop hosted at an inspiring, Central London venue (or any suitable venue of your choice in the UK, with unlimited tea and coffee, delicious snacks, workshop materials and stationery), two project management meetings or calls to plan and review, and a report write-up of the day.
The workshop provides an opportunity for you to outline social media strategy/goals, we collaborate to generate content ideas andcreate an outline social media calendar for the year.

Choose your areas to develop new digital skills:
- I can research and deliver a talk on a particular topic (best practice in social media, inspirational campaigns, trends in the sector) to provide a focus for the day.
- I can do a deep-dive into a particular social media channel, sharing top tips and practical examples.
- I can deliver a hands-on learning session about specific tools for photo and video content creation, demonstrating a variety of apps using our laptops and phones.
I follow up the session by providing additional social media recommendations and delivering a written-up outline content calendar for the year.
Having managed social media at charities and cultural organisations including Action on Postpartum Psychosis, Tate Modern and the British Museum, and worked on major partnerships with Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, I bring practical experience and expertise in getting the most from social media.
Design Sprint
I work with your team over an intensive five-day period, to workshop and create a new digital product.
Following the renowned agile design sprint methodology (map, sketch, decide, prototype, test), we work together to produce a new product, such as an email campaign for your customer welcome journey, or digital content for a new event or festival.
Using my training in agile design, I provide support in the look and feel of the product, and how to factor in an evaluation process.
