Coaching

Are you looking for support with your career during a time of uncertainty or transition? I offer kind, discreet and practical coaching to women, on a one-to-one or group basis. My approach is positive and supportive, and my coaching experience is backed by a unique mix of knowledge and expertise in behavioural economics, anthropology, marketing and communications, and growing small business.

One-to-one coaching

Ideal for someone who has recently changed jobs, is returning to work after a break, working on career progression, or considering turning a side project into a career.

Meeting for coffee outside of the workplace, over a period of three to six months, our coaching sessions will provide you with the time and space to focus on the bigger picture.

Using the GROW model, to identify goals, reality, opportunities and will (what will you do?), this coaching will build your confidence, helping you reflect and set clear and kind intentions in life and work, and enabling you to design a tailored, practical plan of actions.

Group coaching

I run a three-month coaching programme for women, supporting you with setting intentions and practical planning, creating space to reflect on challenges and to celebrate the good things in life.

This programme offers a series of inspiring and practical sessions including:

  • 3 in-person sessions within a supportive, collaborative group of up to four women
  • 2 online group sessions
  • 1 private in-person session

plus growth work and peer support throughout the programme to keep you inspired and focused. The group dynamic is a great way to add accountability and motivation.

Mentoring

I am also a mentor for the charities Vocal Eyes and Arts Emergency. Vocal Eyes brings theatre, museums, galleries and heritage sites to life for blind and partially-sighted people. Arts Emergency helps marginalised young people overcome barriers to participation and success in higher education and the creative and cultural industries.
